Carrie Arsenault
CEO & Founder
Carrie Arsenault is CEO & Founder of the Ignite a Dream Foundation. Carrie created this foundation based on her desire to launch a charity focused around giving children the opportunity to engage in athletics. When asked throughout the last several years how she became a succesful entrepreneur, Carrie feels that her foundation and exposure to soccer and tennis throughout her childhood impacted her greatly. Carrie passionately states that as a child, she developed a competitive nature within a team environment starting at the age of 5 through her exposure to sports. She learned to push herself, both physically and mentally in order to succeed. Carrie learned that with true commitment, there was no limit to what she could accomplish. She is also the founder and owner of Accountability Resources which she launched in 2005 and has grown to three markets, five product lines and received continuous recognition for the Best Places to Work, Top 10 recruiting Firms and ranked #5 for the fastest growing privately held companies in Central Texas in 2009.
Carrie obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin. At age 11, Carrie played club soccer in the Dallas area and that experience required traveling, training and extremely competitve tryouts. She was the only female at Richardson High School to letter on the Varsity Tennis and Soccer teams as a freshman.  Dinka Hadzic
Executive Director
Dinka Hadzic is the Executive Director for the Ignite A Dream Foundation. Throughout the course of her life, Dinka has been passionately involved in numerous volunteering opportunities, primarily working with underprivileged and at risk children. Her most recent volunteering experience has been with CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate). At CASA, Dinka will be a special court appointed advocate for children that have been taken away from their homes and put in foster care. Working with Ignite A Dream, Dinka hopes to continue impacting young children’s lives in a positive way.
Dinka brings the wealth of knowledge to Ignite A Dream as a former student athlete. She attended University of Washington on a full tennis scholarship. During her years there, Dinka gained valuable experience as an athlete and a mentor. Prior to joining the Huskies, Dinka was a member of Croatian (her native country) national tennis team. While in Croatia, Dinka earned a very respectable international ranking. She was heavily recruited as a top junior and in the end she chose Washington to showcase her talent. Throughout her tennis career, she learned the importance of athletics, role models and strong leadership. Dinka hopes to instill these same traits in the children she will be working with. Laurie Canepa
Director of Athletic Programs
Laurie Canepa is the Director of Athletic Programs for the Ignite a Dream Foundation. She is deeply committed to the sports instruction of youths. Laurie began her coaching career while still in college. She volunteered as an instructor, in South Carolina, with the youth soccer association and with various soccer camps. Post graduation, she continued on this path as a high school soccer coach and senior soccer instructor for mulitiple youth soccer organizations accros the state of Connecticut. Laurie taught both group and individual lessons.
Laurie brings a wealth of experience and knowledge specific to soccer to the organization, both as an instructor and player. She is a lifetime soccer player. She has foundations in the ODP (Olympic Development Program) and as a captain and player for NCAA Division I Collegiate program. She continues to be personally involved in soccer, playing for the Austin Wildcats (AWSL), Running Amok (Indoor Soccer), and Sting (RRWLS) soccer teams in Austin.
Laurie is excited to have the opportunity to pass on her soccer knowledge and foundation. Having been involved in multiple sports all of her life, she truly values the importance of having structure, self discipline, strong mentors, and a feeling of pride and self accomplishment.
Since 2006, Laurie has been the Division Director for Accountability Resources, a local executive search firm in Austin. She earned her BS at Charleston Southern University in Charleston, SC. Laurie has thoroughly enjoyed having the opportunity to assist individuals in their career search, and looks forward to translating this into providing direction and focus for youths.  You may reach Laurie at
Jimmy Stanton
Direcor/Coach of
Soccer Programs
Jimmy Stanton is the Director and Coach of the Ignite A Dream Soccer Program. He is highly passionate about developing young athletes into excellent soccer players and community leaders.
Jimmy grew up in Dallas, playing for small soccer clubs before moving to the Austin area in 1998, where he attended Southwestern University in Georgetown.  He was a 3 year starting goalkeeper and graduated in December of 2001 with a BA in Business.  After graduating, Jimmy started coaching for clubs in Georgetown in 2002 and later moved to Dripping Springs in 2005, coaching highly competitive soccer teams.  Jimmy also stays involved with the indoor soccer community as a manager at Soccer Zone in south Austin.
Jimmy currently coaches club soccer for the River City Rangers as the coach of the 96 boys team, head of recreational training, and the goalkeeper trainer for the club.  He holds an NSCAA Advanced Regional Diploma.
Steely DiPuccio
Program Manager




Steely Dipuccio is the Program Manager for the Ignite a Dream Foundation. She has a strong passion for working with youth and has been a Direct-Care Volunteer at the local Austin Children’s Shelter for the last 2 years. Much of her volunteer work has consisted of helping out at the shelter, which services abused, abandoned and neglected kids aged 0-17. She has experience mentoring, tutoring, helping with indoor/outdoor activities and has been heavily involved in fundraising events that benefit the shelter.


At Ignite a Dream, Steely contributes to the vision and mission of the organization by bringing her love for working with youth, past volunteer experience and an athletic background. Having been involved in sports starting at a young age, she really understands the importance of having good mentors and gaining self-confidence. She is committed to bringing awareness to communities and dedicating her time to helping start after-school programs and fundraising events.


Since 2007, Steely has also been working full-time as an IT Recruiting Manager for Accountability Resources, a local staffing firm inAustin. She has a BA from Texas State University in San Marcos, majoring in Psychology and Criminal Justice. As a recruiter, she is able to help people change their careers and as a Program Manager she is able to help possibly change kids’ paths and give them a sense of accomplishment and hope.  You may reach Steely at
