Carrie Arsenault
CEO and Founder
Carrie Arsenault is CEO & Founder of the Ignite a Dream Foundation. Carrie created this foundation based on her desire to launch a charity focused on giving children the opportunity to engage in athletics. When asked throughout the last several years how she became a successful entrepreneur, Carrie feels that her foundation and exposure to soccer and tennis throughout her childhood impacted her greatly. Carrie passionately states that as a child, she developed a competitive nature within a team environment starting at the age of 5 through her exposure to sports. She learned to push herself, both physically and mentally in order to succeed. Carrie learned that with true commitment, there was no limit to what she could accomplish. She is also the founder and owner of Accountability Resources which she launched in 2005 and has grown to three markets, five product lines and received continuous recognition for the Best Places to Work, Top 10 recruiting Firms and ranked #5 for the fastest-growing privately held companies in Central Texas in 2009.
Carrie obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin. At age 11, Carrie played club soccer in the Dallas area and that experience required traveling, training and extremely competitive tryouts. She was the only female at Richardson High School to letter on the Varsity Tennis and Soccer teams as a freshman. She currently plays indoor and outdoor soccer, tennis and sand volleyball in Austin.
